Family Guy, which left Fox in 2002 but became a cult hit on Cartoon Network and DVD, posted a 5.7 rating among viewers 18-49, according to Nielsen overnights.

It placed No. 2 in its timeslot behind ABC’s formidable “Desperate Housewives.”
