UBL's Offers Motive - Media Refuses to Report Israeli Link

While the media and the two Presidential hopefuls tried to offer their ridiculous takes on Bin Laden's new video, there was a clear message embedded within the most recent performance from the world's most notorius criminal: "when you started intervening in our affairs - you made yourselves targets."

Bin Laden revealed his simple rationale for ordering the attack on the United States: the one-sided support (arms and aid) for Israel in their occupation of the Palestinians land. This was not news to those of us who from the beginning did not buy into the "they hate us because of our freedoms" bullshit argument. The politicians and the mainstream media will stick to this 'motive' for the 9/11 attacks. Only fringe political publications and web sites have had the courage to document the U.S. actions in the Middle East (particularly in regards to Israel) and how it layed the foundation for anti-American attitudes in the Muslim world.

9/11 was a direct result of what many, such as Pat Buchannan, have called the 'amen corner' in the U.S. that consistently prioritizes Israelis above Americans. One local sports figure was discussing with me the history of his athletic career and the locations around the world it had taken him. Born and raised in Canada, he was puzzled how Americans are unaware of the relationship that exists between Israel and the U.S. government.

"Everyone else around the world sees the U.S. as the bronze...and Israel as their brains."

When the media and our esteemed politicians began to analyze the Bin Laden tape, the references he repeatedly made to Israel were only mentioned toward the tail end, if at all.
The focus was of course how this affects Tuesday's election - big freakin' deal. The 800 lb. elephant remains Israel. Here we have a mass murder revealing his motive for the horrific attacks and everyone's ignoring him.

The simple solution to alleviate our problems, as Bin Laden alludes to, is to begin a position of neutrality in the Middle East, and elsewhere in the world. Discontinue the billions of dollar in military aid that goes directly into the demolition of Palestinian neighborhoods and killing of civilians.

Of course this will NEVER happen. Our "support" (i.e. missiles, helicopters, nukes, et al.) will continue on end. This galvanizes the Muslim world against us, creating perpetual guerilla war against our troops around the world, and opening the door to further attacks within our homeland.
