No Fan of Condi...

A radio disc jockey is under attack for referring to Condi Rice (among other things) as the Bush Administration's "Aunt Jemima."

Why isn't the real outrage aimed at the people who continue to profit off of a product that bears such an image? When was the last time these companies gave a reasonable answer as to why they continue these century old practices of profitting off of African-American stereotypes?

Uncle Ben's Rice, Mrs. Butterworth, Aunt Jemima Syrup and the Cream of Wheat Chef are advertising images that go back over 100 years.

Is this radio personality being punishment simply for making comments that could potentially force these companies to answer this question?
