CONFIRMED: Lenexa's Video Library CLOSING

Little Kcmedia.blogspot.com scoops the big shots once again..........An employee of the video store near 87th and Rosehill in Lenexa confirms Video Library is moving ahead with a liquidation of it's inventory ASAP (all titles go on sale this week).

Traffic to one of Johnson County's original viden rental stores died down considerably in the past two years as Blockbuster and Netflix's mail delivery services gained traction in the marketplace. Video Library could not deliver on a similar service to keep pace with the national competition.

Where will Johnson County now turn for older movies and brand new adult titles?????

Nevertheless, prepare for an enormous sale on a variety of titles --- film fans in KC won't see another DVD/VHS blowout like this for some time.
